Refund rules

In the case of card payment, a refund in cash is not allowed.

The rules of money refund are regulated by the rules of international payment systems. The procedure for the cancellation of ordered service is regulated by the Chapter III of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumers’ Rights”.

If cancellation is done by the client:
- the terms of cancellation without penalty fees, the amount (-s) of penalty fees in case of late cancellation and the period of the refund is individual to the each booked service. You can find this information on web pages with service description (events, hotels, tours).

To refund the amount to the card, “Refund Application” has to be filled in and emailed to the company together with the copy of the passport at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Refund will be made to the card within 21 (twenty-one) working days from the date the “Refund Application” is received by the Company.

In order to return the money on transactions conducted with errors, a written application is submitted with attached copies of the passport and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debiting. Time is taken to consider the application and to make the money refund starts from the date the application is received by the Company and is calculated in working days, excluding holidays/weekends.
